Easter Brunch
The only plan I had for decorating my Easter table was to use little metal buckets with a drink inside. I can't tell you how many stores I went to and couldn't find a good glass bottled drink. Finally I picked these little yellow cans from a new company called LemonLemon and I had my color scheme! Turns out my kids love the drink! It's a not too sweet lemonade drink with a little fizz.
Once I had my yellow color I added a little blue into the mix and picked our cocktail for the day. Lemon Blueberry Cocktail Cooler.
Blueberry Limoncello Cocktail Cooler
Muddle 4-5 blueberries and fresh mint together.
Add 1 1/2 ounces of limoncello and 1 1/2 ounces of blueberry vodka and shake. Pour over ice and finish with some club soda. We also added a slash of grenadine then added fresh blueberries to the glass.
