Puppy Party!
I love doing puppy parties! And when the birthday girl requests turquoise and pink it's even better!
For Samantha's 9th birthday we set up a long dining table with dog bowls for the cupcakes.
I found these cute pink plates at Target that look like frisbees that we used as chargers.
Each girl picked out a puppy and gave it a name. The party hats look so cute on the pups! Then they decorated a pink collar for their dog.
Then they decorated doghouses using paper, gems, markers, punches, and ribbon.
For snacks the girls ate pupcorn, chocolate dogs, kibbles and bits, water bowls, and strawberries served in a dog bowl. The chocolate dogs are made from twix bars and you can find the recipe at www.handmadecharlotte (search chocolate dog).
The girls drank "toilet water" which was blue Hawaiian punch.
We made some cute puppy cupcake toppers to finish off the cupcakes.
And I can't forget the door wreath to welcome the guests...
And how can I forget Samantha's birthday present??? She got the cutest puppy from the Humane Society!
