Carnival Party

A carnival is such a fun theme for a 1st Birthday but when it's in my favorite colors it's even better!

The venue was a very cool building in Downtown Atlanta called the Switchyard. Picture painted brick walls, tall windows and exposed ceilings. Unfortunately it was a little dark so my pictures don't reflect just how amazing the space was and they came out a little blurry.

There were about 40 kids attending so we added a sweets table full of yummy treats. Each guest received a bag to fill up with their favorite goodies.

I made a backdrop with pink and white paint and used fabric to make a curtain. A Sweet Treats sign made from glitter was placed in the middle.

We filled the table with lollipops, cotton candy, and a variety of goodies.

And how cute are these tiny scoops?!?!

We also had an accent wall representing the birthday girl.

We had 6 decorated tables with a gold dotted table runner, carnival inspired center piece, flowers, and carnival tickets.
